Shipping policy
We offer free insured worldwide shipping:
All shipments are fully insured and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
1. Shipping Time
The delivery time depends on whether you order a) an original painting or b) a fine art print:
a) Original paintings:
Your artwork will be shipped within 1 week of placing your order. Shipping takes approximately 2–4 business days within Finland and 4–14 business days internationally.
b) Fine art prints:
Fine Art prints are produced in batches based on customer orders, with a total delivery time of approximately 4 weeks plus shipping.
We accept orders for fine art prints continuously, and the ordered artworks are printed once a month. If you place your order by the 15th of the month at the latest, it will be included in the next printing batch.
Once the fine art prints have arrived from the printing studio, each one will be individually signed by Marjut Tuulia before being professionally framed (where applicable) and carefully finished. The total delivery time is approximately 4 weeks.
Once the artworks are ready, they are carefully packed and shipped. Deliveries arrive within a few days in Finland and within 14 days internationally.

2. Shipping Costs

3. Customs and Additional Fees
Within the EU, no additional customs fees will be charged, but for deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs inspection, and customs fees and other charges may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are not our responsibility, and the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes.
4. Digital Products
All digital products, such as online courses and downloadable items, are delivered immediately after the order is placed.
5. Damaged Shipments
All packages are handled carefully, but if a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days after collecting your package. We will make sure the issue is resolved quickly and smoothly.
