Shipping policy
We always aim to pack everything as carefully as possible with years of experience. Our customers are very important to us, and we do this work with our hearts. You can be sure that we always try our best with great joy!
Orders over 150 € will be shipped for free.
1. Shipping Time
We deliver worldwide. Generally, orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Please note: If your order contains products made to order, the production time will be stated with the product. Usually, the production time is about 7 days. In addition, the shipping time is:
- Finland: 1-3 days
- Europe: around 7 days
- Rest of the world: around 14 days
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery region. The shipping fees are as follows:
- Finland & Åland Islands: 7.90 €
- Europe: 18.90 €
- Rest of the world: 59.90 €
Shipping fees are fixed and the same regardless of the size or weight of the package.
Orders over 150 € will be shipped for free.
3. Customs and Additional Fees
Within the EU, no additional customs fees will be charged, but for deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs inspection, and customs fees and other charges may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are not our responsibility, and the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes.
4. Digital Products
All digital products, such as online courses and downloadable items, are delivered immediately after the order is placed.
5. Damaged Shipments
All packages are handled carefully, but if a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure the issue is resolved quickly and smoothly.
